We are looking for a Creative Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and act as a bridge between clients and members of our in-house creative team at Rocket Digital. The Account Managerβs role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers for our creative department, Studio, helping to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
The day to day responsibilities include daily management with the client, coordinating with external creatives and production teams, and organizing sales presentations. This role will manage deliverables for Paid campaigns, organic posts and Shopify ecommerce stores. Assist in the reception and/or elaboration of the briefing, to the development of the creativity by the agency's teams and the final delivery of the pieces resulting from the campaign. In addition this role will need to coordinate all the teams involved in each project: creatives, designers, programmers, analysts, strategy, production, media team, suppliers and other external collaborators. Reviewing and budgeting and invoicing of projects and invoicing control.
